Shipping policy

We pack and ship all orders with care from Rockford, IL within 5 business days. If you don’t see your order confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam folder just in case.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on size. Packaging is always discreet and sent in either a plain box or colored bubble mailer. You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.

Once your order is dropped off with USPS, it is officially in their hands. Any delivery-related questions should be directed to your local post office.
